How I exit from market before game end ?

Hi guys, I'm not speaky your language well, but I hope you can understand me.

When I put a stake on back or lay in the BotBeetle, and I want to close the position, I have to click in the green colour colun at right of the back colun, ok ?

But when I click in this one, the position is closed at the end of the game. Yesterday I tried to finalize my trade with a minimum loss, but the position not close immediately, it done at the end of game and I loss all of my stake.

Anyone can help me ?

I need to understand what you are doing wrong, show a screen how you close the position

Maybe you are just creating a closing bet but not sending it to the market:

for example: 

1. Clicked on 0.47 - the bet is created

 

You need to send it to the market manually or turn on the mode "One Click"

 

 

2. The bet was accepted

 

 

3. Position closed
