Why I disconnected continuosly only in the 5.42 vers.
In vers. 5.40 not disconnect never, program run constantly hours and hours.

It's possible to fix this bug. I use betfair.it, and I appreciated to fix chart problem, and now I like to use it. Please fix

Error signing in on MacOS, BB v1.03

BetBeetle v1.03, MacOSX Ventura (latest version)

I get an error logging into the app/Betfair for the first time using browser 2FA.

Error message: "The application key passed is invalid or is not present"

Presumably this is the BetBeetle app key assigned by Betfair.

When I log out by clicking on the padlock icon in BetBeetle, and login in again, I can see that I am logged in but BB does not show any events, etc..

Can you advise?

Hello

First error - when using the Outer Bets Panel, bids do not appear on the ladder. After the bid is matched, there is no Greening - column remains blank:

Second error - I placed a bid, then tried to green my position, the program crashed. Could not repeat a second time.

Third error - I clicked Opening Bet Panel...

...which caused this error:

I figured out the answer for myself, but it would be nice to have some info from the admin - maybe a User Guide in the forum?

On soccer match in example you lay the draw

When team scores you can back the draw because Betfair does not suspend the match, the bet goes matched all good, but then if referee uses Video Assistant system and decides goal is not valid and voids it Botbeetle shows like its already matched and all good, but betfair voids this bet. So if you are not cautious or not using betfair website you cannot understand that bet was voided as it looks like matched so today i lost some money because of it.

Can we make changes to this on next update, if you guys dont understand some parts please tell me i will explain a bit specificaly

After updating the list, all "tree branches" will be open . The list is very long for 8-10 matches.

Same problems as previous versions, maybe worse. Cancelled LAY bets show as back bets and no response from admin.

If you can't fix these problems, maybe I can get a refund on my subscription???
